WE ARE…

  • We offer FREE group sessions on the last Saturday of every month in Hereford, at 10:30am. They are comprised of 30 mins socialising, 30 mins topical presentation, 30 minutes discussion…and allowance for 1-2-1 support following.

Groups are FREE to attend, with refreshments provided FREE of charge also. You don’t have to be formally diagnosed to attend. You can be diagnosed, undiagnosed, awaiting diagnosis, not wanting diagnosis or simply curious about ADHD. Parents of children with ADHD or adults with ADHD are all welcome as every topic caters to both. Often we have guest speakers, and we now have available our new shop The Neuro Nook which will also be open on the day.

It can be nerve wracking walking into a new and unfamiliar place, so those wanting to come along are welcome to bring a friend or partner.

To attend, simply text us on 07845 030 819 and leave your full name and how many spaces you would like.

Due to insurance and health and safety, we cannot allow under 16’s on site. We apologise for any inconvenience

  • We deliver specially programmed, tailor-made training and a host of set topics to educational providers, work places, families and young people. Our training is delivered by certified ADHD coaches and facilitators who themselves have ADHD. We are dedicated to improving the lives of those with ADHD and to do this we understand the importance of raising awareness, sharing tools and teaching strategies.

Our training is informative, submersive, interactive and put together with both neurotypical and neurodiverse brains, in mind.

  • We pride ourselves on building a sense of community where those with ADHD feel accepted and not judged. We offer support to children, parents, adults and couples.

We have a presence on instagram, TikTok and have three Facebook pages, with one being dedicated to parents of children with ADHD and one dedicated to adults with ADHD. On two of these pages there is the option to post anonymously so people can feel comfortable reaching out.
