VALENCIA JONES
FOUNDER AND CHIEF DIRECTOR
Valencia Jones is the founder and Chief Director of TAS. She is a certified ADHD coach and has over 20yrs experience working with families and individuals. She has worked and managed across a range of social care sectors including substance misuse, children’s residential and care services and criminal justice. Valencia has facilitated training both nationally and internationally. She is also the host on The ADHD Chatterbox Podcast which is available of Apple, Spotify and Amazon, and streamed worldwide.

KEITH BALDWIN
FINANCE DIRECTOR
Keith Baldwin is the Finance Director for TAS. His background is in teaching, in both primary and secondary mainstream settings. He is a Regional Safeguarding Lead for the Midlands, a certified psychotherapist and has a wealth of experience in the voluntary sector acting as both treasurer and advocate. Over the years Keith has been a vital presence in and around Herefordshire, where he has been involved with many community projects across the county, often combining his drive for supporting societies most vulnerable with his passion for music.

RACHEL HALL
ADMINISTRATION DIRECTOR
Rachel Hall has over 25yrs of experience as a social care practitioner and has served on the board of a number of established charities. She has vast experience in the development and establishment of community projects. Rachel’s private practice Insight has helped 100’s of individuals find their way back following life changing events, and such is the impact of her work, that she is currently the focus of a new docu-film which highlights her incredible commitment to those in need, within the field of acquired brain injuries.

COMMITTEE
David Clegg, formerly a group attendee was diagnosed with innattentive ADHD in his late 40’s. He is a valued committee member and a regular guest on The ADHD Chatterbox, podcast. He is a fully trained Mental Health First Aider and is currently training as an ADHD coach. He plays a vital role on the committee in facilitating groups and awareness training, and supporting in the direction of the organisation.

COMMITTEE
Lisa Jones was diagnosed with ADHD, aged 48. She is self-help writer and is currently working on her latest book ‘Power to the Squirrel People’. Her experience in growing up with ADHD has compelled her in wanting to help others. She plays a crucial role on the committee, lending her creative expertise to TAS projects, publications and her voice to shaping our service.
